Privacy Policy

I run Field Service Costs (fieldservicecosts.fyi). It is a static website with no user accounts, logins or comment sections. The optional email updates are covered under Email updates below. The forms on /submit.html are covered under Forms below. The site runs no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies of its own.

The site is hosted on GitLab Pages. Like most web hosts, GitLab may log basic technical data about visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See GitLab's privacy statement.

If you email hello@fieldservicecosts.fyi, I receive your address and whatever you write, and I use it only to reply. I do not sell or rent personal information. If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.

Forms

The forms linked from /submit.html open on FormRobin's own pages, which use Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics; their privacy policies apply to what you enter there. What you enter, including any email address or file, is sent to FormRobin and then to me by email. I use it only to check the price, review the suggestion or reply about sponsorship.

Links on this site may become affiliate links in the future. If you click one, the other site may set its own cookies to credit the referral, and I may earn a commission. Their privacy policies cover what they collect.

Email updates

If you sign up for email updates, your email address (and any name you enter) is collected by SendFox, which runs the signup page and sends the emails; SendFox's privacy policy applies to what you enter there. I use it only to send Field Service Costs updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
